- Desirable: Diploma / PG Diploma in Museology; and 1 year research or field experience in museum-related work in a Government recognized institution
Museum Assistant (Humanities) — Post Code 1016
- A Degree in Fine Arts / Archaeology / Anthropology / History / Culture / Ancient History and Culture / Sociology from a recognized university
- Desirable: Diploma / PG Diploma in Museology; and 1 year research or field experience in museum-related work; or 1 year experience in fabricating science exhibits and constructing science models in a Government recognized institution
Museum Assistant (Conservation) — Post Code 1017
- A Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Desirable: 1 year research experience in scientific publications in a Government recognized institution; or 1 year experience in Museum Conservation in a Government recognized institution
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) — Post Code 1018

Responsibilities
- Handle preservation, conservation, and documentation of museum artifacts and exhibits
- Assist in curating and organizing exhibitions, displays, and educational programs
- Manage clerical and administrative work including file handling, data entry, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle office documentation
- Work with tribal and SC/ST communities to implement welfare schemes and programs
- Follow government rules and guidelines for procurement, maintenance, and public service delivery
- Assist senior officers in day-to-day administrative tasks and public inquiries
- Monitor field-level implementation of welfare programs and prepare inspection reports
