• Education: You must have passed Senior Secondary from a recognised board or an equivalent exam.
• Experience: You need 3 years of sales work experience from a recognised government institution or private firm.

You must have the required qualification by the last date of application, which is 5 July 2026.

Age Limit

• You should be at least 18 years old.
• Maximum age should be below 40 years as on the last date of application, 5 July 2026.
• SC / ST / BC / MBC / EWS male candidates of Rajasthan: 5 years relaxation.

Salary

• During the first two years of probation, selected candidates will get fixed pay of Rs. 14,600 per month.
• After successful probation, the post moves to Pay Matrix Level-5.

• All categories with family income below Rs. 2.50 lakh: fee payable at the SC/ST rate, subject to income certificate rules.

Important fee note: Candidates from outside Rajasthan who claim SC, ST, BC, MBC, or EWS status are treated as General category for fee purposes. If you claim the lower income-based fee, keep the income certificate ready because RSIC can ask for it during eligibility checking.

Selection Process

The RSIC selection process has written examination and proficiency test stages:

1. Written Examination: Objective-type competitive exam. The selection table gives Part-I for 180 marks and Part-II for 270 marks.
2. Shortlisting for Proficiency Test: Only candidates who secure the required qualifying marks in the written exam will be called. RSIC may call up to 5 times the number of vacancies.
3. Proficiency Test: Computer typing and efficiency test for 100 marks.
4. Final Merit: Final merit will be prepared from marks in the written examination and proficiency test, for a total of 550 marks.
5. Document Verification: Your qualification, age, category, experience, and fee/income certificates will be checked before appointment.
