• Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC turning centre, CNC lathe, heavy duty CNC thread milling machine and CNC surface grinder.
• Read technical drawings and identify job or thread profiles for machining work.
• Create and input CNC programs using G-code, M-code or CAD/CAM tools.
• Operate and monitor CNC machining processes, including feeds, speeds and precision checks.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments and verify dimensions or tolerances.
• Carry out routine CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Work safely in OIL field installations, shifts and on-call duty when assigned.
