Who Can Apply?

For Taluk Program Manager (Level L4, Salary: Not disclosed):

• You need a full-time Post-Graduate degree (2 years) or PG Diploma.

For Cluster Supervisor (Level L5, Salary: Rs. 18,000/month):

• You need a Graduate degree.
• You need a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience, along with Kannada and English communication skills and computer knowledge.
• You will provide overall leadership of the cluster and report to the Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat / Taluk Program Manager.

For Block Program Officer – SVEP:

• You need a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any subject with Mathematics, preferably from a Management, Commerce, or Engineering background.
• You need a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the non-farm livelihoods sector. Experience with a business, producer organisation, or SVEP-like project is preferred.
• You will coordinate between the Project Implementing Agency and community organisations (SHGs/VOs/CLFs) to roll out the Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP), monitor progress, and mentor Community Resource Persons.
