Who Can Apply?

Post-wise Qualification

• Psychiatric Social Worker: Master's degree in Psychology/Psychiatry Social Work. Specialization in Social Psychology, computer knowledge, Microsoft Office and communication skills are desirable.
• Medical Social Worker: Master's degree in Social Work/Sociology. Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentations and communication skills are desirable.
• Health Educator: Master's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology or Clinical Psychology. Education, Health Education or Social and Behavioural Sciences at Master's level is desirable.
• Laboratory Technician: 10+2 Science with Bachelor or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Computer skills, inventory management and lab management exposure are desirable.
• Laboratory Attendant: Matriculation with science subject and laboratory experience. Certificate or Diploma in MLT/Laboratory Assistant is desirable.
• Plumber: 10th pass, ITI Diploma Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent trade qualification, plumbing licence and water/sanitation maintenance experience.
• Driver Grade-II: 8th pass with valid HMV licence and 3 years driving experience. Knowledge of minor repairs, road safety rules, traffic rules and local routes is desirable.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Maximum age: 32 years.
• Age will be counted as on 1 January 2026.
• ST candidates: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.
• Serving Government of Nagaland employees: Age concession is equal to the number of years in service, subject to a maximum of 5 years, as per the Government of Nagaland memorandum dated 15 October 2024.

Salary

• Psychiatric Social Worker, Medical Social Worker, Health Educator: Pay Matrix Level L-10.
• Laboratory Technician: Pay Matrix Level L-8.
• Plumber and Driver Grade-II: Pay Matrix Level L-3.
• Laboratory Attendant: Pay Matrix Level L-2.

Selection Process

Selection will be handled by the Selection and Recruitment Committee, NIMSR Society. The notice says selection will be based on screening of eligibility criteria and interview of shortlisted candidates.

2. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through the email address given in the application.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend the interview as notified by NIMSR.

5. Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced when called and during interview.
