NHM Uttarakhand Multi-Post Recruitment 2026 — 3 Posts

National Health Mission (NHM), Uttarakhand — under the Uttarakhand Health & Family Welfare Society, Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare — is looking for experienced professionals to support public health initiatives across the state. All 3 posts are contractual full-time positions based in Dehradun. If you have strong experience in procurement, programme management, or monitoring and evaluation in the health sector, this is a great opportunity to work at the state level with NHM.

Vacancy Details

Who Can Apply?

1. Sr. Consultant (Procurement & Contract Management)

• Qualification: Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance from a recognized university OR Professional qualification of CA / ICWA
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total work experience in procurement and contract management. Out of these, at least 3 years must be at a senior position in procurement in the Health Sector, Government Medical Supplies Corporations, or NHM

2. State Project Manager (Program Executions)

• Qualification: Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Systems, or Health Management from a reputed global university or nationally recognized institute
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in public health planning, programme implementation, or health systems strengthening — preferably within Government of India health programmes or NHM. At least 2 years must be in State Health Societies, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), or at the state level with development partners

3. Public Health Expert (Monitoring & Evaluation)

• Qualification: Master's in Statistics, Health Statistics, Public Health Informatics, Operations Research, Demography, Population Studies, Economics, Development Studies, or Public Health from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive professional experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, evidence synthesis, impact assessment, and operational research in public health. At least 4 years must be in State Health Societies, MoHFW, or at the state level with development partners

Salary

• Sr. Consultant (Procurement): Maximum up to Rs. 90,000 per month (consolidated)
• State Project Manager: Maximum up to Rs. 1,00,000 per month (consolidated)
• Public Health Expert (M&E): Maximum up to Rs. 1,50,000 per month (consolidated)

All posts are contractual. Salary is consolidated — no separate DA, HRA, or other allowances.

Selection Process

There is no written exam for these posts. Selection will be based on:

1. CV and Application Screening: Your qualifications and experience will be evaluated against the eligibility criteria and terms of reference
2. Shortlisting: Only candidates who meet the minimum criteria will be called for further process
3. Interview / Assessment: Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview or assessment by the selection committee

• Handle strategic procurement planning and contract management for NHM programmes across the state
• Manage end-to-end programme implementation and coordinate with district and block-level health teams

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with national health goals
• Coordinate with State, District, and National level stakeholders including government departments and development partners
• Prepare dashboards, analytical reports, and data-driven insights for decision-making
• Conduct capacity building sessions and trainings for district and block-level teams
• Ensure compliance with NHM guidelines, government norms, and reporting requirements
