The District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Dhule under the National Health Mission, Maharashtra is hiring for various programmes including NPCDCS, BPHU, NUHM, RBSK, NMHP, NTEP, and others. These are contractual positions valid up to 29 June 2026. Budget & Finance Officer

• Qualification: B.Com or M.Com with 3 years of experience

Counselor

• Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)

Optometrist

• Qualification: B.Sc in Optometry with 2 years of experience

Pharmacist

• Qualification: 12th pass + Diploma in Pharmacy

Program Manager - Public Health (All 3 Types)

• Qualification: Any Medical Graduate (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) with MPH/MHA/MBA in Health Care
• Experience: Relevant programmatic experience in health care required

Psychiatric Nurse

• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc with certification in Psychiatry from a reputed institute, OR Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing (DPN), OR M.Sc Nursing (Psychiatry)

Staff Nurse

• Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

STLS-RNTCP

• Qualification: 12th Science with DMLT + 2 years of experience

Note: If you have higher qualifications and more experience, you will get preference. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each post.

Age Limit

• Open Category: Maximum 38 years as on the date of advertisement
• Reserved Category: Maximum 43 years as on the date of advertisement

Salary

• Program Manager - Public Health / BPHU Specialist: Rs. 35,000 per month
• Program Manager - Public Health (NUHM Shirpur): Rs. 30,000 per month
• Psychiatric Nurse: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Budget & Finance Officer / Counselor / Optometrist / Staff Nurse / STLS-RNTCP: Rs. 20,000 per month
• Pharmacist: Rs. 17,000 per month

Important: These are contractual posts with a fixed monthly honorarium. The contract is valid up to 29 June 2026 and may be extended based on the government's decision. There is no claim for regularisation.

Selection Process

There is no written exam for these posts. Selection will be done through an interview based on a merit scoring system (total 100 marks):

1. Educational Qualification — converted to 50 marks
2. Additional Qualification — converted to 20 marks
3. Govt/Semi Govt/NHM Experience — 6 marks per year, maximum 30 marks

Note: For posts like Staff Nurse, Audiologist, Specialist, etc., candidates may need to submit registered practitioner certificates as mandatory documents.

• Handle programme-specific health tasks as assigned under NHM initiatives like NPCDCS, RBSK, NUHM, BPHU, NTEP, and others
• Keep accurate records of patient data, programme reports, and financial transactions for the assigned programme
• Work with district health teams to plan and carry out public health activities at PHC, RH, SDH, and District Hospital levels
• Follow all NHM guidelines for service delivery, quality assurance, and programme monitoring
• Assist in community outreach programmes, health camps, and awareness drives in Dhule district
• Manage inventory of medicines, supplies, and equipment at the assigned health facility
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on programme targets, achievements, and challenges
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with IPHS norms at the posting location
