NCRTC Manager (Security) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is responsible for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) across the National Capital Region. The Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor is now fully operational for commercial revenue services. NCRTC is now hiring an experienced security professional on re-employment basis to strengthen security operations across its expanding network.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: You must have at least 20 years of experience in the Government sector.
• Superannuated Pay Scale: Your last drawn pay scale before retirement should be CDA Scale Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 (Level 11) or above, or IDA Scale Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (E3) or above.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in RRTS, Metro, Railways, or similar rail-based mass transit security departments
• Retired from the rank of SP, DCP, Commandant or equivalent
• Experience in rail-based transit security, security planning, and risk assessment
• Knowledge of security system communication and reporting

Note: Teaching or freelancing experience will not count as qualifying experience.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years as on 09 April 2026
• This is a re-employment post for retired government officers

Salary

• You will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 87,692 per month.
• You will also get HRA and other benefits as per NCRTC company policy.

Contract Term

• The initial contract is for 1 year.
• It can be extended further based on your performance and the Corporation's requirements.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through:

1. Eligibility Screening: NCRTC will shortlist candidates who meet all eligibility criteria from their applications.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring original certificates for verification before the interview. If documents are not in order, you will not be allowed to attend the interview.
3. Interview: The venue, date, and time of the interview will be communicated in advance. No request for change in date or venue will be accepted.

2. Register yourself and fill in the online application form.
3. Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, max 100 KB, JPG format) and signature (blue/black pen on white paper, max 100 KB, JPG format).
4. Upload self-attested copies of: 10th Certificate or Birth Certificate, Degree Certificate, PPO/Superannuation Order, Last Salary Slip, and Experience/Service Certificate or Relieving Order.
5. Submit the application online.
6. Download and print the application form with your Unique Registration Number.
7. Attach all supporting documents and send the printed application by Hand or Post to: Career Cell, HR Department, GatiShakti Bhawan, National Capital Region Transport Corporation, INA Colony, New Delhi - 110023 by 09 May 2026.
8. Write "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MANAGER/SECURITY - 17/2026 ON RE-EMPLOYMENT BASIS" on the envelope.

• Liaise with State Police, UPSSF, CISF, IB, and other security agencies on behalf of NCRTC
• Plan and develop security architecture for upcoming RRTS corridors
• Supervise and review security arrangements across all operational areas
• Conduct periodic inspections of stations, tracks, and depots for security compliance
• Formulate, review, and update security SOPs, contingency plans, and emergency response protocols
• Organize security training sessions, mock drills, and awareness programs for security staff
• Handle any other security-related tasks assigned by the Principal Chief Security Commissioner
