NCRTC Group General Manager (Finance) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. NCRTC is the implementing agency for the Namo Bharat RRTS (Regional Rapid Transit System) project, which aims to connect major cities in the National Capital Region through high-speed rail corridors. The Delhi-Meerut corridor is already fully operational for commercial revenue services. This is a senior finance leadership role where you will head ERP integration, revenue management, internal audit systems, and organizational planning for one of India's most ambitious infrastructure projects.

Who Can Apply?

For Officers of Organized Group 'A' Services (Government of India):

• Qualification: Graduate degree from a UGC-recognised university

For Other Candidates:

• Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a UGC-recognised university or AICTE-approved institution

Experience (Mandatory for All):

• You need a minimum of 25 years of experience in the Government Sector
• Experience in preparation of manuals, fare and non-fare revenue matters, procurement review, establishment issues, oversight, risk management, and coordination
• Preferred: Experience in Indian Railways, CPSEs, or Metro Rail organizations
• Teaching or freelancing experience will not count as qualifying experience

Scale of Pay at Superannuation:

• CDA Scale: Rs. 1,82,200 - 2,24,100 (Level 15) or above
• IDA Scale: Rs. 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 (E9) or above

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years as on 17 March 2026
• This is a re-employment post for retired senior government officers

Salary

• You will receive a consolidated lumpsum salary of Rs. 1,59,348 per month
• Plus HRA and other benefits as per NCRTC Company Policy

Selection Process

Selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates will be checked before the interview. If your documents are not in order, you will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
2. Interview: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and clear document verification will be called for an interview. The venue, date, and time will be communicated in advance.

There is no written exam for this post. Selection is purely based on eligibility and interview performance.

• Lead review and optimization of ERP systems for seamless HR-Finance integration in payroll, budgeting, payments, and reporting
• Manage enhancement of Finance-ARS interfaces for transaction processing, revenue tracking, and risk management
• Review non-fare bid documents and monitor implementation of procurement processes
• Develop internal audit systems to ensure process integrity across HR, Fare and Non-Fare Revenues, O&M, and other functions with financial implications
• Conduct organization structure reviews, refine roles, reporting lines, and inter-departmental coordination processes
• Design scalable organizational planning frameworks for upcoming Namo Bharat RRTS corridors within and beyond NCR
• Prepare policy compendiums and develop training and capacity-building systems linked to role transitions and promotions
• Advise on finance-related matters in consultation with Director/Finance
