NCRTC AGM HR Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, has released Vacancy Notice No. 22/2026 for one senior HR post. NCRTC works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is implementing Regional Rapid Transit System projects in the National Capital Region.

This post is for an experienced HR professional who has already worked at a senior level in government or a government entity. The appointment is on re-employment basis for one year, and the contract may be extended if NCRTC needs the role and the selected person performs well.

Place of posting: NCRTC says the selected person may be posted at any NCRTC office, workplace, project unit, subsidiary or joint venture. Educational Qualification

Past Pay Scale Requirement

  • CDA route: You should have retired from CDA Level 13 with pay scale Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 or above.
  • IDA route: You should have retired from IDA E7 with pay scale Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 or above.
