NCRTC AGM HR Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, has released Vacancy Notice No. 22/2026 for one senior HR post. NCRTC works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is implementing Regional Rapid Transit System projects in the National Capital Region.

This post is for an experienced HR professional who has already worked at a senior level in government or a government entity. The appointment is on re-employment basis for one year, and the contract may be extended if NCRTC needs the role and the selected person performs well.

Place of posting: NCRTC says the selected person may be posted at any NCRTC office, workplace, project unit, subsidiary or joint venture. The role may also involve shift operations or other assignments based on business needs, so it is best suited for a retired HR leader who is comfortable with project-facing HR work.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: You need to be any graduate from a recognised Indian university, deemed university, autonomous institution or approved statutory body, as applicable.
• Experience: You need at least 20 years of experience in a government department or government entity.
• HR exposure: Your work should include establishment matters, grievance handling, labour compliance, service rules, disciplinary matters and manpower planning.
• Experience counting: NCRTC counts experience from the date you assumed charge of the relevant post or level.
• Not counted: The notice says teaching or freelancing experience will not be treated as qualifying experience for this post.

Past Pay Scale Requirement

• CDA route: You should have retired from CDA Level 13 with pay scale Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 or above.
• IDA route: You should have retired from IDA E7 with pay scale Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 or above.
• Documents: NCRTC will check original certificates before the interview, so keep service, salary and retirement records ready.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 62 years.
• Age is counted as on 29 May 2026.
• The notice does not mention category-wise age relaxation for this re-employment post.

Salary

• Consolidated monthly salary: Rs. 1,40,200 per month.
• The role also carries HRA and other benefits as per NCRTC company policy.
• This is a one-year contract, extendable further based on company requirement and performance.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

NCRTC will select the Addl. General Manager/ Human Resource through document verification and interview. The notice does not mention any written exam for this post.
