Who Can Apply?

Investment Associate (Direct Investment)

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Investment Assistant (Accounts)

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

• Investment Associate (Direct Investment): Preferably not more than 35 years as on 1 July 2026.
• Investment Assistant (Accounts): Preferably not more than 30 years as on 1 July 2026.
• The age limit will not be a bar for the right candidate.

Salary

• Pay is negotiable and on a Cost-to-Company (CTC) basis, decided by your experience, qualification, and overall suitability.
• You will also get variable pay over and above your Annual Fixed Compensation, based on the yearly performance review and company policy.
• No residential accommodation will be provided by the company.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on:

1. CV Screening: Send your detailed resume with current and expected CTC. Shortlisting is done from the CVs received.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview to assess their fit for the role.
