MJPJAY Nashik Contractual Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts

Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY), Nashik has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 for 3 contractual posts at District Hospital Nashik. All three positions are purely on contract basis for 11 months only, with no right to permanent absorption. No written examination is held — selection is based entirely on academic merit and relevant NHM/health scheme work experience. Candidates with prior experience in AB-PMJAY, MJPJAY, AYUSH, NHM, RBSK, or IPHS health schemes will get preference in merit scoring.

Who Can Apply?

For Medical Co-Ordinator:

• Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) + MSCIT Certificate
• Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration/renewal certificate is mandatory
• Preferred Experience: Previous work in AB-PMJAY / MJPJAY / AYUSH / NHM / RBSK / IPHS or a similar health scheme

For Data Entry Operator:

• Qualification: Any graduation degree from a recognised university + MSCIT Certificate
• Typing Speed: English typing at 40 WPM and Marathi typing at 30 WPM
• Preferred Experience: Previous work in AB-PMJAY / MJPJAY / AYUSH / NHM / RBSK / IPHS or similar health scheme

For DEO cum Accountant:

• Qualification: Any graduation degree from a recognised university + MSCIT Certificate
• Typing Speed: English typing at 40 WPM and Marathi typing at 30 WPM
• Tally: Knowledge of Tally software is required
• Preferred Experience: Previous work in AB-PMJAY / MJPJAY / AYUSH / NHM / RBSK / IPHS or similar health scheme

Other Requirements (All Posts):

• Marathi language knowledge — reading, writing, and speaking — is compulsory for all posts
• A character and conduct certificate from a Gazetted Officer (Group A/B) is required after selection
• Medical fitness certificate (physical and mental) is required after final selection

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 38 years (as on the advertisement date, 22 April 2026)
• Age Relaxation: Reserved category (backward class) candidates can apply up to 43 years

Salary

• Medical Co-Ordinator: Rs. 28,000 per month (consolidated honorarium)
• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 18,000 per month (consolidated honorarium)
• DEO cum Accountant: Rs. 18,000 per month (consolidated honorarium)
• No additional allowances, increments, or government benefits beyond the fixed monthly amount. No pension, PF, or ESI applicable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on a merit score out of 100 marks. No written examination is held. Marks are awarded as follows:

1. Academic Marks (up to 50 marks): Based on the percentage of marks you scored in the final year of the required qualification. Formula: marks obtained × 50/100
2. Higher Qualification Bonus (up to 20 marks): If you hold a qualification above the minimum required (related to the post), additional marks are given. Formula: marks obtained × 20/100
3. Government/Semi-Government NHM Experience (up to 30 marks): 6 marks per year of relevant government or semi-government NHM work experience, counted up to a maximum of 5 years

A combined merit list is prepared from all applications. Eligible and selected candidate lists are published on the notice board of District Hospital Nashik and on nashik.gov.in. No separate communication is sent to candidates.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on scheme beneficiaries and transactions
• Maintain proper documentation of authorisation letters, discharge summaries, and scheme-related records
• Coordinate with district health officials, insurance company representatives, and hospital staff
• Handle Tally-based accounting entries and financial records (for DEO cum Accountant post)
• Follow all guidelines issued by the MJPJAY State Guarantee Society, Mumbai
