Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) Junior Instructor (Mechanic Tractor) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has published Category No. 078/2026 for 1 anticipated vacancy of Junior Instructor (Mechanic Tractor) in the Industrial Training department, filled through Direct Recruitment. 4% of the total vacancies reported are reserved for Differently Abled candidates, as specified in GO (P) No. 5/2023/SJD dated 01/10/2023. The rank list prepared from this notification will stay valid for 1 to 3 years, and candidates will also be selected for further vacancies reported to the Commission during this period. Since the vacancy is marked "anticipated," the post may become available once the current incumbent's position is vacated or a new post is sanctioned. The Industrial Training department runs Kerala's Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), which train youth in technical trades, and a Junior Instructor in Mechanic Tractor teaches students the skills needed to operate, service and repair tractors and farm machinery — a trade in steady demand across Kerala's agricultural belt.
