Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has released Category No. 107/2026 to fill 1 Junior Assistant post at the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited (KCMMF). This is the sixth NCA (special) notification for this vacancy — the post has been reserved for the SC community since a rank list published in 2016, but has stayed unfilled through five earlier rounds due to a lack of eligible candidates. Selection is made on a statewide basis among eligible employees. If no SC candidate is available, candidates from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community will also be considered.

Who Can Apply?

This post is restricted to existing regular employees of societies affiliated to KCMMF — it is not open to candidates from outside the co-operative dairy sector.

• Service Requirement: You must have 3 years of regular service in any post in a Member Society, Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, or Primary Anand Pattern Dairy Co-operative Society (APCOS) affiliated to KCMMF, as on the date of application and appointment
• Qualification: Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized university, PLUS JDC/HDC
• Community: Open to Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates; Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will be considered if no eligible SC candidate applies
• Service Certificate: You must get a service certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General), Co-operative Department, and upload it along with your application — applications without this certificate will not be considered

Note: If the caste/community entered in your SSLC book differs from what you declare in your application, you must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate or Community Certificate along with a Gazette Notification at the time of document verification. Making false claims about your qualification, experience or service can lead to disqualification or debarment from future Kerala PSC applications under Rule 22.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 50 years old — only candidates born between 2 January 1976 and 1 January 2008 (both dates included) can apply.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 20,180 to Rs. 46,990 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as applicable under Kerala co-operative sector rules.

Selection Process

Kerala PSC will prepare a rank list for this post through the following steps:

1. Application Screening: Kerala PSC checks your service certificate, qualification, age and community details from your online application.
2. Written/OMR/Online Test (if conducted): If the Commission decides a test is needed, you must confirm through your profile and download your admit card in the last 15 days before the test date.
3. Certificate Verification: You need to produce original documents proving your service, qualification, age and SC/ST community status whenever the Commission asks for them.

Once selected, you will need to complete a 2-year probation period within 3 years of joining, as per Rule 184 of the Kerala Co-operative Service Rules.

3. Log in to your profile using your User ID and password.

6. Submit your application and save a printout for future reference.
