Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has released Category No. 106/2026 to fill 1 Godown Manager post at the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer Federation Limited. This is the third NCA (special) notification for this vacancy — the post has been reserved for the Scheduled Caste community since a rank list published in 2018, but has stayed unfilled through two earlier rounds due to a lack of eligible candidates. Selection is made on a statewide basis, so you do not need to belong to any particular district to apply. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university with HDC/JDC, OR B.Com with Co-operation
• Experience: You need at least 2 years of experience in logistics or godown management from a reputed firm. You must upload a valid experience certificate at the time of application — applications without it will not be considered
• Community: This post is open only to candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC) community. Applications from candidates of other communities will be rejected without individual notice

Note: If the caste/community entered in your SSLC book differs from what you declare in your application, you must produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate or Community Certificate along with a Gazette Notification at the time of document verification. Making false claims about your qualification or experience can lead to disqualification or debarment from future Kerala PSC applications under Rule 22.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 49 years old — only candidates born between 2 January 1977 and 1 January 2008 (both dates included) can apply. This range already includes the age relaxation given to SC candidates.
• Age Relaxation: Provisional employees of 29 specified co-operative institutions (as per G.O.(P) No. 41/98) get extra relaxation of up to 5 years, but the upper age limit cannot exceed 50 years under any circumstance.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 23,570 to Rs. 41,960 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as applicable under Kerala co-operative sector rules.

Selection Process

Kerala PSC will prepare a rank list for this post through the following steps:

1. Application Screening: Kerala PSC checks your qualification, experience, age and community details from your online application and uploaded documents.
2. Written/OMR/Online Test (if conducted): If the Commission decides a test is needed for this post, you must confirm through your profile and download your admit card in the last 15 days before the test date.
3. Certificate Verification: You need to produce original documents proving your qualification, age, experience and SC community status whenever the Commission asks for them.

Once selected, you will need to complete a 2-year probation period within 3 years of joining, as per Rule 184 of the Kerala Co-operative Service Rules.
