Vacancy Distribution:
- Each calendar year has 50 vacancies allotted (250 total for 2020-2024), with approximately 5 vacancies carried forward from surplus in 2023-2024 years.

- Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution

Sports Achievement Requirements
You must have represented India or Kerala in recognised competitions. Eligible competitions include:
- Olympics, World Championships, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games
- National Games, Senior National Championships
- All India Inter-University Championships, Khelo India University Games
- Commonwealth Championships, Asian Championships (newly added)
- Recognised international championships with at least 8 participating countries (newly added)
Age Limit
- You should be between 18 and 36 years old.
- Age reference date: January 1 of the year following the vacancy year (e.g., for 2020 vacancies, age is calculated as on 01 January 2021).
- Age relaxation: Statutory age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per Kerala Government rules.
- Age limit as per 1958 K.S. & S.S.R. rules — municipal/panchayat/state government candidates and other categories get relaxation as applicable.
