Salary

Selection Process

Selection is based on a Competitive Test and Interview, done in 2 stages:

  1. Competitive Test (90 minutes, 80 marks): English Essay (30 marks, minimum 20 to pass), Translation from Kannada to English (30 marks, minimum 20 to pass), and Test of General Knowledge (20 marks, minimum 10 to pass).
  2. Interview (20 marks, minimum 10 to pass): Conducted for candidates shortlisted from the Competitive Test.

The Grand Total is 100 marks, and you need at least 60 marks overall to qualify. You will be called for the Competitive Test in the ratio of 1:10 (10 candidates per vacancy per category) based on your qualifying degree marks, and for the Interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on your Competitive Test performance. Selected candidates serve a 2-year probation period.
