Who Can Apply?

Resident Superintendent (Rs. 20,900/month, Pay Matrix Level 07)

• Postgraduate in Law, Social Work, Social Science, or Psychology
• Good knowledge of computers
• Minimum 5 years' experience on a relevant post in a government/semi-government project, with at least 1 year in counselling work
• Preference to local women candidates with experience in the area

Office Assistant (Rs. 16,310/month, Pay Matrix Level 05)

• Graduate in any subject
• Good knowledge of computers and ability to do MS Office work
• Minimum 3 years' experience in office work at a state or district level government/non-government organisation

Cook (Rs. 6,135/month, Pay Matrix Level 02, part-time contract)

• 10th pass (High School) or equivalent from a recognised board
• Experience of cooking work in the related field

Security Guard / Watchman (Rs. 11,360/month)

• 8th pass from a recognised board
• Preference to retired military / ex-servicemen who have worked as security guard at a state or district level reputed institution
• Minimum 2 years' experience as security guard

Domicile: You must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh. Submit the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.

Age Limit

• Resident Superintendent: 23 to 45 years (as on 01.01.2026)
• Office Assistant: 21 to 45 years (as on 01.01.2026)
• Cook and Security Guard: 18 to 45 years (as on 01.01.2026)
• Age proof: birth certificate or Class 8/10 mark sheet showing date of birth
• If you have married before the legal minimum age, you are not eligible for this job

Salary

• Resident Superintendent: Rs. 20,900 per month (Pay Matrix Level 07)
• Office Assistant: Rs. 16,310 per month (Pay Matrix Level 05)
• Cook: Rs. 6,135 per month (Pay Matrix Level 02, part-time contract)
• Security Guard / Watchman: Rs. 11,360 per month
• This is a fixed consolidated contract salary. No DA, HRA, gratuity, pension, or death benefits will be given during the contract period.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a numeric scoring system — there is no written exam.

1. Educational Qualification Marks (max 60): 100-point weightage given on the percentage scored in the minimum required qualification.
2. Experience Marks (max 20): 2 marks for every extra year of experience above the minimum required.
3. Skill Test / Walk-in Interview (20 marks): Candidates ranked in 1:5 ratio against vacancies will be called for the walk-in.
4. Final merit prepared on a total of 100 marks. Selection committee under the District Collector approves the final list.
5. In case of a tie, the older candidate gets preference.

2. Fill in the form by hand. Use a separate application for each post.
3. Write the name of the post clearly on top of the envelope.
4. Attach self-attested copies of: 10th mark sheet (for age proof), 12th mark sheet, qualifying degree certificate, domicile certificate, caste certificate, ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID), experience certificate, and a self-addressed envelope with Rs. 10 postage stamp.
5. Attach a notarised affidavit on a Rs. 50 stamp paper.
6. Send the complete application by Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier to: Office of the District Programme Officer, Women and Child Development Department, Janjgir-Champa (Chhattisgarh).
7. Applications must reach the office by 5:30 PM on 2 June 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
