Who Can Apply?
Each post has its own qualification. You need at least 2 years of relevant experience for all roles.
Public Relations (Outreach & Media)
- PG Degree or PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Media Science
- Minimum 2 years experience
Legal
- Degree in Law from a recognised university
- Minimum 2 years experience
Scientific Research
- Master's Degree in Physics, Geophysics, Geology, Atmospheric Sciences, or Physical Sciences with at least 60% marks
- 2 years of research experience in the relevant subject after the Master's degree
Technical
- Master's Degree in Instrumentation, Physics, Applied Physics, or Geophysics with at least 55% marks
- Minimum 2 years experience in a research organisation in the relevant field
Administration
- Master's in Business Administration (HR or Finance) or Public Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Government organisation in the relevant field
Salary
- These are contract-based positions.
- The consolidated salary is based on the role and performance (exact amount not stated in the notice).

Responsibilities
- Create videos, reels, blogs, and science content and manage social media (PR role)
- Handle legal documentation, eCourt matters, contracts, and labour law work (Legal role)
- Assist in scientific data handling, report preparation, and lab coordination (Scientific Research role)
- Operate and maintain scientific instruments and support field activities at observatories (Technical role)
- Manage documentation, filing, HR processes, and government procedures (Admin role)
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Post Graduate degree relevant to the post (Journalism/Mass Comm, Law, Physics/Geophysics/Geology, Instrumentation, MBA/Public Administration)
Required Skills
Good communication, organisation, and MS Office skills; domain skills as per post (media/legal/scientific/technical/admin)
