ICSIL DEO, Lab Assistant & Pharmacist Recruitment 2026 - 19 Posts

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL), a joint venture of TCIL (a Government of India Enterprise) and DSIIDC (an undertaking of the Delhi Government), has announced recruitment for 19 posts across three categories to be deployed at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalya hospital in Delhi. This is a contractual outsourced engagement under Advertisement No. ICSIL/RC/10-A/CNBC/2025-26. The application window is extremely short — just 3 days, so you need to act quickly if you meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates with 12th pass, Diploma in MLT, or Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy can apply.

Who Can Apply?

For Data Entry Operator (11 Posts):

• Education: You must have passed 12th Standard (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board or equivalent.
• Computer Course: You need to have completed a computer course with at least 1 year of experience working as a Data Entry Operator.
• Typing Speed: You should have a minimum speed of 15,000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.

For Laboratory Assistant/Attendant (5 Posts):

• Education: You must have passed Matriculation, Higher Secondary, or Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science.
• Technical Qualification: You need a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized institution.

For Pharmacist (3 Posts):

• Education: You must have passed 10+2 with Science from a recognized Board.
• Professional Qualification: You need an approved Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, and you must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
• Alternative: B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute is also accepted.

Salary

• All three posts carry a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,411 per month.
• This is a contractual outsourced engagement, so the salary is a consolidated amount without separate allowances.
• Note: 15 days salary will be deducted as security deposit in two parts — 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month. This amount is refunded with savings bank interest after you complete your contractual obligations and receive a No Dues Certificate from the department.

• One-Time Registration Fee: Rs. 590 (Non-refundable)
• This is a one-time fee for registering on the ICSIL portal. Once paid, you can apply for multiple ICSIL jobs without paying again.
• Important: Payment takes 1-2 working days to reflect. Make the payment at least 2 days before the closing date to avoid any issues.

Selection Process

1. Document Scrutiny: Your documents including age proof, qualification certificates, and experience letters will be verified against the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
2. Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or interaction with the department. The interview panel's decision will be final.

Note: The selection may also include a skill test or written test depending on the position, as per the notification's terms and conditions.

• Handle data entry tasks including entering patient records, hospital data, and departmental information with accuracy and speed at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalya.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory samples, reagents, and equipment for diagnostic tests as directed by senior laboratory staff.
• Assist in conducting routine laboratory investigations including blood tests, urine analysis, and other pathological examinations.
• Manage dispensing of medicines to patients as per prescriptions and maintain proper records of drug inventory in the pharmacy.
• Keep accurate records of daily work activities, patient data, test results, and medicine dispensation logs.
• Follow all hospital protocols, safety procedures, and hygiene standards applicable to your assigned department.
• Work in shifts and rotational duties as per the departmental requirements of the hospital.
• Assist senior staff and doctors in day-to-day operational activities of the assigned department.
