Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection for Sangini and Sahayika posts is merit-based and does not involve any written test:

1. Screening of Applications: The CDPO office checks your application form and documents against the eligibility criteria.
2. Merit List Preparation: Eligible candidates are ranked on the marks obtained in their qualifying exam (10th or 10+2).
3. Selection Committee Review: The Block Level Selection Committee, chaired by the District Programme Officer, Poshan Projects, Srinagar, reviews and finalises the merit list.
4. Document Verification: You must produce original certificates for verification before final selection.
