IBITF, a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Department of Science and Technology's National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS), is recruiting for its FinteQ project at IIT Bhilai, which works on quantum-safe financial transaction technology. Who Can Apply?

For Project Manager (Salary up to Rs. 72,000/month):

• Qualification: Ph.D or MBA/ME/M.Tech with 3 years of relevant experience, OR B.E./B.Tech with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, in Computer Science/IT/ECE or a related discipline.
• Experience: You need 5 years of significant, proven experience handling projects in industry or an institute/organization, plus knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and other office software.
• Desirable: Experience in the BFSI sector and knowledge of fintech solutions and emerging technologies.

For Project Associate (Salary Rs. 30,000-35,000/month):

• Qualification: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C/C++, or Python; knowledge of Android/mobile app development; basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers; familiarity with cryptography, secure software development, and AI/ML fundamentals.

Age Limit

• Project Manager: You should not be older than 45 years.
• Project Associate: You should not be older than 30 years.

Salary

• Project Manager: Up to Rs. 72,000 per month, consolidated, based on qualifications and experience.
• Project Associate: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, consolidated, based on qualifications and experience.
• Both positions run for a fixed 89-day contract period at IBITF, IIT Bhilai.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a walk-in interview and document check:

1. Interview: Appear for the interview along with your filled application form.
