Salary

• Monthly salary: Rs. 11,275 (for 8-hour shift)
• Overtime: Paid as per company policy on top of base salary
• Attendance bonus: Rs. 500 per month for unskilled workers
• PF and ESI: Provided as per statutory norms
• Subsidized food: Rs. 19 per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner during overtime)
