Salary

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection happens purely on merit:

1. Merit List: Your marks in Intermediate, Graduation, and Post Graduation (if applicable) are added together to prepare a merit list.
2. Tie-breaking: If two candidates have the same total marks, the older candidate is preferred. If marks and age are also same, the one with higher educational qualification wins.
3. Priority Categories: Selection follows the priority order — BPL widow/divorced/abandoned woman of the same Gram Sabha first, then other categories as per the notification.
4. Document Verification: Selected candidates must produce all original documents.
