Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HARTRON) has released advertisement Hartron/ICTET/2026-27/02 for empanelment of trainers who will train IT professionals at HARTRON offices in Ambala and Gurugram. Training is held mainly on weekends, with each programme running about 50 hours over four weeks. Who Can Apply?

For .NET (MVC), Java (MVC) and PHP (MVC) Trainers

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science / IT) / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) / MCA with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience in the chosen technology (.NET / Java / PHP).
• Desired skills (.NET): .NET Framework 4.0+, C#, MVC, Web API/REST, JSON/XML, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, SSRS, ASP.NET.
• Desired skills (Java): Java (Struts/Spring), Oracle/SQL, MVC, HTML5/CSS3, Angular/React, MEAN/MERN full-stack, jQuery, PostgreSQL.
• Desired skills (PHP): MVC architecture, Laravel/CodeIgniter/CakePHP/Yii-2, SQL/MySQL, HTML5, Bootstrap 4/5, API creation and integration.

For Networking Trainer

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science / IT) / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) / MCA with at least 60% marks.
• Certification: MCSE / CCNA / DCNE / Linux / Solaris.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in network administration, troubleshooting, and managing LAN/WAN/Internet/Intranet hardware and software.
• Desired skills: WAN networking, switches and firewall administration, switching and routing, network design, troubleshooting.

For Web Designer Trainer

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Graduation with at least 60% marks.
• Certification: Certificate course in Multimedia / Web Designing.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of web designing experience.
• Desired skills: UI/UX, HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Webflow, Dreamweaver, Flash, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere.

You must be a citizen of India. All qualifications and experience must be earned before you submit the application form.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 2,500 per day for each training day you deliver.
• No TA, DA or any other allowance will be paid.
• The training is mostly held on weekends, with each programme covering about 50 hours over four weeks.
• The initial empanelment is for one year, extendable based on performance and HARTRON's requirement.

• All candidates: Rs. 500 (plus GST as applicable).

Selection Process

Selection will be done through assessment and interview at the HARTRON training centres:

1. Document Verification: You must bring original eligibility documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies on the day of assessment.
2. Assessment Test / Interview: HARTRON will hold the interview at IDDC Ambala or HMSDC Gurugram only. The schedule will be uploaded on the HARTRON website — no separate communication will be sent.
3. Empanelment: Selected candidates are empaneled on a provisional basis for an initial period of one year. Engagement starts from the date of the email or letter sent to you.

Meeting the minimum qualifications does not automatically guarantee an interview call. HARTRON reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called.
