Goa Samagra Shiksha (GSS), under the Directorate of Education, Government of Goa, is hiring 37 candidates across 9 different posts including Block Resource Person, Technical Assistant, Contract Teacher, and NSQF Instructor. The State Project Director, Goa Samagra Shiksha, has released a walk-in interview notice (Ref: GSS/EST/Filling up of posts/GSS/44/Vol.VII/2026-27/1620 dated 15 July 2026) to fill 37 vacancies across 9 posts under the Samagra Shiksha scheme. All posts are purely on contract basis up to 31 March 2027 and are spread across blocks like Mormugao, Quepem, Tiswadi, Bicholim, Sattari and Canacona, as well as the State Project Office at Alto Porvorim. Who Can Apply?

Block Resource Person (8 posts, Rs. 25,000/month):

• Qualification: Post Graduate with B.Ed/M.Ed, OR Graduate in Arts/Science with B.Ed. For the CWSN category, B.Ed/D.Ed (Special Education) with RCI registration is required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years at Primary level or 2+ years at High School/Higher Secondary level.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential.

Cluster Resource Person (4 posts, Rs. 20,000/month):

• Qualification: HSSC with D.Ed and 2 years of teaching experience at Primary/Upper Primary level, OR Graduate (Arts/Science) with B.Ed and 1 year of experience.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential.

Technical Assistant (MIS) / MIS Coordinator (4 posts, Rs. 20,000/month):

• Qualification: M.Sc (Computer Science) / MCA / B.E. (IT/Computer) / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science).
• Experience: 3 years in software application development or network maintenance is desirable.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential.

Block Accountant (1 post, Rs. 20,000/month):

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, with a minimum 6-month certificate course or diploma in computers.
• Experience: At least 2 years working in a Government or reputed organization in accounting.

Data Entry Operator (1 post, Rs. 15,000/month):

• Qualification: HSSC (12th) with a Diploma in Computers from a recognized board.

Multitasker/Group D (1 post, Rs. 11,000/month):

• Qualification: 10th pass with a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license, and basic computer literacy.

Contract Teacher — Health & Physical Education / Work Education (8 posts, Rs. 15,000/month):

• Qualification: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) with 1 year of teaching experience for Health & Physical Education; any Bachelor's degree with computer knowledge and 1 year of experience for Work Education.

NSQF Instructors — Automobile, Construction, IT/ITeS, Electronics (10 posts, Rs. 20,000/month):

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Automobile/Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science/IT, Electrical/Electronics) with sector-specific work or teaching experience. Exact criteria vary by sector — check the official notification.
• Other Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computing skills, and knowledge of Konkani (Marathi desirable).

Knowledge of Konkani is an essential requirement for almost every post in this recruitment.

Age Limit

• For Block Resource Person and Cluster Resource Person: up to 60 years for fresh candidates, and below 61 years for retired candidates, as on the date of notification.
• For all other posts, the age limit is as per Goa Government norms.

Salary

• Pay ranges from Rs. 11,000 per month (Multitasker/Group D) to Rs. 25,000 per month (Block Resource Person), as a fixed consolidated monthly salary.
• All posts are purely on contract basis up to 31 March 2027 — no separate DA, HRA or other allowance is mentioned.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection happens through a walk-in interview — there is no written exam.

1. Walk-In Interview: You will be assessed on your age, qualification, experience, and documents.
2. Document Verification: Your original certificates and self-attested photocopies are checked before the interview.

An empanelled merit list will be prepared for NSQF Instructor posts, and candidates will be placed in schools as per requirement. Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM on the scheduled date will not be entertained for interview.

How to Apply

1. Prepare your bio-data, application, and all original certificates including Birth Certificate, educational qualification certificates, Residential Certificate, and Employment Exchange Registration.
2. Make self-attested photocopies of every document (write "This certificate is true copy of the original" and sign below it).
3. Report to the Directorate of Education, Alto Porvorim, Goa half an hour before your scheduled interview time.
4. Attend the walk-in interview on the date assigned to your post — 22, 23 or 24 July 2026.
5. If applying for more than one NSQF sector, submit a separate application for each sector.
