Anganwadi Centers form the backbone of India's Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. They provide early childhood education, nutrition and health support to children under six years, and care for pregnant and lactating mothers in the local community. As an Anganwadi Teacher, you will run pre-school learning activities and maintain child health and attendance records. As an Anganwadi Helper/Ayah, you will support meal preparation, cleanliness and day-to-day care of children at the center.
