Local Candidate Rule

• Andhra Pradesh local candidates will be considered first for selection.
• Non-local candidates with AP Medical Registration can be considered for Senior Residency only if local candidates are not available.
• Local proof: You need study certificates from 4th to 10th Class, or the required migration/local certificate if you studied in Telangana and migrated to Andhra Pradesh after bifurcation.

• You must not cross 44 years as on the notification date.
• Age reference date: 14 May 2026.

Salary

• Senior Residents will get Rs. 80,500 per month as salary/honorarium for broad specialties.
• The amount is based on G.O.Ms.No. 723 HM&FW (C1) Department dated 04 December 2024.
