Under Notification No. 01/2026, the Superintendent of Government General Hospital, Kakinada has invited applications for the post of Peer Educator in the Drug De-Addiction Centre (DDAC). This recruitment is done as per the directions of the Director of Medical Education (DME), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, and approved by the Collector and District Magistrate, Kakinada District. The position follows IRCA (Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts) norms under the National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction.

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Upper age limit relaxed by 10 years (up to 52 years) as per GO.Ms.No.109, G.A.(Ser-A) Dept, dated 08-10-2025

Salary

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 9,000 per month (as per IRCA norms)
• This is a fixed consolidated pay for the contract period of 1 year

Selection Process

There is no written exam for this post. Selection will be based on:
