Who Can Apply?

• Educational Qualification: MBBS with Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant discipline as per the latest NMC regulation notification dated 30.06.2025
• Medical Registration: You must have an updated registration with NMC or State Medical Council covering all post-MBBS qualifications. If your registration is not updated, you need to show proof of application at the time of interview
• Experience: Candidates who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any government hospital are not eligible
• NOC: If you are currently working in a Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institution, you should preferably carry a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer
• No private practice is allowed after joining

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years as on 02 April 2026
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation (up to 48 years)
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 50 years)
• PwD: Relaxation as per Central Government norms

Salary

• Pay Level: Level 11, Index 1 of the 7th Central Pay Commission
• Basic Pay: Rs. 67,700 per month
• Other Allowances: As admissible under Central Government rules
• Note: This is a contractual position. Benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, and Promotion are not admissible
• Retired employees/Pensioners: Can draw total pay without deduction and continue receiving pension and dearness relief during the contract period

• Handle patient care duties in your assigned department (Radiology, Biochemistry, or Physiology) under the supervision of senior faculty
• Assist in teaching and training of undergraduate medical students as per NMC guidelines
• Prepare and maintain clinical records, case sheets, and departmental reports
• Participate in academic activities including seminars, case presentations, and journal clubs
• Follow hospital protocols and standard operating procedures for patient management
• Work in shifts as assigned, including emergency duties when required
• Mark attendance daily through both manual register and Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS)
