ESIC Alwar Faculty Recruitment 2026 - 170 Posts

Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, has issued Advertisement No. 04/2026 for its medical college and hospital at Desula, MIA, Alwar, Rajasthan. This is a rolling walk-in advertisement for Teaching Faculty, Senior Residents, Senior Residents against GDMO, Adjunct Faculty, Super Specialist empanelment and Part-time Ayurveda Physician. The main opportunity is for doctors who want a contract medical college role with interview-based selection and no written exam, except a possible qualifying screening test in Dentistry if the number of applicants is high.

• Major Senior Resident vacancies: Medicine 6, ICU 6, NICU 6, PICU 5, Nephrology 5 and Urology 5.

Who Can Apply?

Teaching Faculty and Super Specialist Faculty

• Qualification: You need the required qualification under NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 for the concerned specialty.
• Registration: You should meet the NMC/NBE statutory requirements for the post.

Senior Resident Posts

• Qualification: You need a PG degree such as Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery or Diplomate of National Board in the concerned subject.
• Basic science subjects: Senior Residents in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine and Community Medicine follow the age rule mentioned separately in the notice.

Adjunct Faculty

• Qualification: You need a postgraduate degree or a recognised equivalent qualification in the concerned subject.
• Experience: Senior Adjunct Faculty needs 8 years of work experience after PG degree, while Junior Adjunct Faculty needs 6 years.

Part-time Ayurveda Physician

• Qualification: You need a BAMS degree from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need 3 years of clinical experience in a recognised or government hospital.

Age Limit

• Teaching Faculty: Maximum age is 69 years as on 01 June 2026.
• Super Specialist Faculty empanelment: Maximum age is 69 years as on 01 June 2026; separate empanelment eligibility also mentions 65 years as on the date of empanelment.
• Senior Residents: Maximum age is 45 years; for specified basic science/community medicine subjects, the upper age is 50 years.
• Part-time Ayurveda Physician: Maximum age is 45 years.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation and OBC candidates get 3 years relaxation where applicable.

Salary

• Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 2,42,112 per month.
• Associate Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,57,056 per month.
• Assistant Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,35,744 per month.
• Senior Resident: Basic pay Rs. 67,700 in Level 11 plus NPA and admissible allowances; consolidated salary is Rs. 1,35,744 per month.
• Adjunct Faculty: Director Professor/Professor gets Rs. 6,000 per day; Associate Professor gets Rs. 4,000 per day.
• Part-time Ayurveda Physician: Rs. 50,000 per month for 5 hours per day and 6 days a week, with no leave benefit.
• Super Specialist empanelment: OPD consultation is paid up to 80% of CGHS rates, and procedures are paid up to 40% of CGHS rates as mentioned in the notice.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / ESIC regular employees / Female candidates / Ex-servicemen / PH candidates: No fee.
• All other categories: Rs. 500.
• Payment mode: Fee is collected at interview. The notice also allows online payment with transaction proof or demand draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1, payable at Alwar.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection is mainly through walk-in interview and document verification.

1. Document Verification: Report with originals and self-attested copies between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM at ESIC MCH, Desula, MIA, Alwar.
2. Interview: Teaching Faculty, Senior Resident, Adjunct Faculty and Part-time Ayurveda Physician are selected based on performance before the Selection Board.
3. Super Specialist Scrutiny: Applications for empanelment are checked by the institute, and shortlisted specialists are called for interview.
4. Medical Fitness and Joining: Final engagement is subject to medical fitness, document checks and ESIC terms.

Note: If more than 5 times the post count apply for the Dental department, ESIC may conduct a qualifying screening test before interview.

6. Carry original certificates, one self-attested set, two passport-size photos, registration proof, experience certificates and NOC if you work in government or PSU service.
