EPI, a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, has released notification HRM/REC/05/2026 for filling 4 fixed-term positions across its Finance and Legal functions. The posts range from Manager Gr.II (E-2) to Senior Manager (E-4) level, giving both mid-level and senior finance/legal professionals a chance to work with one of India's leading project management PSUs. There is no application fee for any category in this recruitment drive. Candidates with strong post-qualification experience in corporate finance, taxation or legal compliance are encouraged to apply. EPI was established in 1970 and has since executed hundreds of turnkey industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects for the Government of India, including hospitals, defence establishments, educational campuses and industrial plants. Who Can Apply?

Manager Gr.II (Finance) - E-2 (Rs. 50,000/month):

• Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 55% marks in graduation
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in fund/cash flow management, bank reconciliation, finalization of accounts under the Companies Act 2013, and direct/indirect taxation (GST, PF, ESI, Labour Cess)

Manager Gr.I (Legal) - E-3 (Rs. 60,000/month):

• Qualification: LLB or 5-Year Integrated LLB with minimum 55% marks
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification legal experience

Senior Manager (Legal) - E-4 (Rs. 70,000/month):

• Qualification: LLB or 5-Year Integrated LLB with minimum 55% marks
• Experience: Minimum 9 years of post-qualification legal experience

Age Limit

• Manager Gr.II (Finance) - E-2: up to 35 years
• Manager Gr.I (Legal) - E-3: up to 37 years
• Senior Manager (Legal) - E-4: up to 42 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 3 years, and PWD candidates get 10 years relaxation.
• Age is calculated as on the last date of application (20 July 2026).

Salary

• Manager Gr.II (Finance) - E-2: Rs. 50,000 per month + House Rent Allowance
• Manager Gr.I (Legal) - E-3: Rs. 60,000 per month + House Rent Allowance
• Senior Manager (Legal) - E-4: Rs. 70,000 per month + House Rent Allowance
• You will also get PF, medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 3,000 per year, gratuity, and a 3% annual increment.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on your qualification and experience as per the notification.
