EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Education, is recruiting on behalf of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for 10 Consultant and Senior Consultant posts spread across three separate advertisements — Corporate Communications (Advt 01/2026/CHQ/CN), Clinical Psychologists (Advt 10/2026/CHQ/CN) and Law (Advt 11/2026/CHQ/CN). These posts are based at AAI's Corporate Headquarters and Regional Headquarters-Northern Region in New Delhi. All engagements are purely on a contract basis, ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the post, and there is no written exam — selection is through document verification and an interview only.

Of the 5 Senior Consultant (Law) posts, 4 are for Corporate Headquarters and 1 is for Regional Headquarters-Northern Region, New Delhi.

Who Can Apply?

For Senior Consultant (Law) - Rs. 1,50,000/month:

• Professional degree in Law (3-year regular course after graduation, or 5-year integrated course after 10+2)
• You must be eligible to enrol as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India
• You need 8-10 years of legal work experience

For Consultant (Content Writer) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature, OR a Bachelor's in any stream with a Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism
• You need 5-8 years of experience in content writing, copywriting or editorial roles

For Consultant (Graphic Designer) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• You need proven experience leading design projects, plus a strong design portfolio

For Consultant (Video Editor) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with a Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Media Studies or Visual Arts
• You need 5-8 years of experience as a Video Editor in TV media, advertising or a creative agency

For Senior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) - Rs. 1,50,000/month:

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI License
• You need a minimum of 8 years of clinical/academic experience, including 2 years specifically as a Clinical Psychologist

For Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI License
• You need a minimum of 5 years of clinical/academic experience

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. If you want to apply for more than one post, you must submit a separate application for each.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 40 years for Consultant-level posts (Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Consultant-Clinical Psychologist).
• Upper age limit is 45 years for Senior Consultant-level posts (Law, Clinical Psychology).
• Age, qualifications and experience will be counted as on the closing date, 6 August 2026.

Salary

• Consultant-level posts (Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Consultant-Clinical Psychologist) carry a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,20,000 (all-inclusive).
• Senior Consultant-level posts (Law, Clinical Psychology) carry a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000 (all-inclusive).
• You will get leave at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done through:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the qualification and experience documents you upload with your online application.
2. Document Verification: Your original documents for qualification, experience and age will be checked.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed for final selection.
