DSIIDC Deputation Recruitment 2026 — 40 Posts

DSIIDC is a Government of NCT of Delhi undertaking responsible for industrial development, infrastructure projects, and land management across the capital. Under this recruitment drive, the corporation is looking for experienced officers in 9 different posts covering civil engineering, accounts, and general management. The deputation will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of extension.

Who Can Apply?

This recruitment is only for serving government officers. You must currently be working in a Central Government, State Government, PSU, autonomous organization, or equivalent cadre of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Candidates from private or corporate bodies are not eligible.

Engineering Posts (SE, EE, AEE, AE — Civil)

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
• Superintending Engineer: Holding analogous post on regular basis, OR Executive Engineer (Civil) in Level-11 with 5 years of regular service, OR AEE (Civil) in Level-10 with 10 years of regular service
• Executive Engineer: Holding analogous post, OR AEE (Civil) in Level-10 with 5 years of regular service, OR AE (Civil) in Level-8 with 6 years of regular service. Experience: Minimum 7 years practical experience in a responsible position
• Assistant Executive Engineer: Holding analogous post, OR AE (Civil) with 3 years in Level-8, OR JE (Civil) with 8 years in Level-6
• Assistant Engineer: Holding analogous post, OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 5-6 years of regular service in Level-6 with Degree/Diploma
• Desirable: Experience in contract law, e-governance, building bye laws, and construction of large-scale buildings

Managerial Posts (Senior Manager, Manager)

• Senior Manager: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks. Holding analogous post, OR Manager/equivalent with 4 years in Level-8, OR Assistant Grade-I with 8 years in Level-6. Experience: 10 years in managerial capacity
• Manager: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks. Holding analogous post, OR Assistant Grade-I with 6 years in Level-6. Experience: 3 years in supervisory capacity at Level-6 or above
• Desirable: MBA / MA (Economics) / MCA from a recognized University

Accounts Posts (CAO, DAO, Section Officer)

• Chief Accounts Officer: CA / CMA / full-time MBA (Finance) / SAS Examination. Holding analogous post, OR DAO with 5 years in pay band-3, OR Section Officer (Accounts) with 6 years in pay band-2. Experience: 2 years in similar post and 2 years as CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)
• Divisional Accounts Officer: CA / CMA / full-time MBA (Finance) / SAS Examination. Holding analogous post, OR Section Officer with 4 years in Level-8, OR Assistant Commercial Accountant with 8 years in Level-6. Experience: 2 years in similar post
• Section Officer (Accounts): CA / CMA / SAS Examination, OR B.Com with 60% marks and 6 years experience. Holding analogous post, OR Assistant Commercial Accountant with 6 years in pay band-2, OR Accounts Assistant with 10 years in Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (24 April 2026)
• This age limit includes deputation on short-term contract basis

Salary

• Level-12 (Superintending Engineer): Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200 per month (Pre-revised GP: Rs. 7,600)
• Level-11 (Executive Engineer, Chief Accounts Officer): Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700 per month (Pre-revised GP: Rs. 6,600)
• Level-10 (AEE, Senior Manager, Divisional Accounts Officer): Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500 per month (Pre-revised GP: Rs. 5,400)
• Level-8 (AE, Manager, Section Officer): Rs. 47,600 - 1,51,100 per month (Pre-revised GP: Rs. 4,800)
• In addition to pay, DA, HRA, and other allowances are payable as admissible to DSIIDC employees
• Pay will be regulated by CCS (RP) Rules, 2016 dated 25.07.2016

Selection Process

1. Screening of Applications: DSIIDC will shortlist candidates based on eligibility criteria and experience
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Note that meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview — DSIIDC uses its own criteria for shortlisting
3. Document Verification: You must bring original testimonials of all qualifications and experience at the time of interview

Note: No TA/DA will be paid to shortlisted candidates for attending the interview.

• Handle planning, designing, execution, and supervision of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Delhi

• Work on e-governance initiatives and ensure compliance with building bye laws and regulations
• Prepare and maintain financial records, budgets, accounts, and audit reports for the corporation
• Monitor progress of ongoing construction and development projects and submit periodic reports
• Assist in policy formulation and implementation related to industrial area development and infrastructure
• Follow proper procurement procedures and ensure transparency in all financial transactions
• Keep records of all official documents, correspondence, and administrative files in an organized manner
