DMMU Paschim Medinipur is hiring for four posts — Sangha Coordinator, CLF Accountant & MIS, CSP-Bank Linkage, and CSP-Livelihood — under the Anandadhara (WBSRLM) programme. The District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Paschim Medinipur, under the Anandadhara – West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM), has invited applications for the engagement of Sangha Coordinator (SC), CLF Accountant & MIS, CSP-Bank Linkage (CSP-BL), and CSP-Livelihood (CSP-LH) across Sangha Cooperatives in Paschim Medinipur district. These are contractual engagement posts for women SHG members working at the grassroots level. The vacancy list will be published on 14 May 2026, and online applications open from 15 May 2026.

Post Details

• Sangha Coordinator (SC): Graduation required; manages overall SHG cooperative operations
• CLF Accountant & MIS: Higher Secondary (12th) with commerce required; manages accounts and data entry
• CSP-Bank Linkage (CSP-BL): Higher Secondary (12th) required; facilitates SHG-bank credit linkage
• CSP-Livelihood (CSP-LH): Higher Secondary (12th) required; promotes livelihood activities for SHG members

Who Can Apply?

All posts are open to women who are active SHG members only.

For Sangha Coordinator (SC):

• Qualification: Graduation or equivalent in any discipline
• SHG Membership: Must be an SHG member residing in the same block; active SHG member for the last 3 years with at least 2 credits taken
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing books of SHG and its federations
• Computer: Must complete a 6-month certificate course in computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Must not be a DLT/BLT, PRI member, office bearer of any Upa Sangha/Sangha Cooperative, or ICDS/ASHA/VRP worker

For CLF Accountant & MIS:

• Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) with commerce; Graduation in any stream is preferred
• SHG Membership: Must be a woman SHG member from the respective block (other than GP of her residence); active member for 2 years with at least 1 credit
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling books of accounts of SHG and federations
• Computer: 6-month certificate course in computer (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required

For CSP-Bank Linkage (CSP-BL):

• Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent; Graduates preferred
• SHG Membership: Must be a woman SHG member from the same Gram Panchayat; active member for 2 years with at least 1 credit
• Desirable: Own a two-wheeler and Android mobile
• Must have good communication skills; must not be a defaulter loanee of SHG/Bank

For CSP-Livelihood (CSP-LH):

• Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent; Graduates preferred
• SHG Membership: Must be a woman SHG member from the same Gram Panchayat; active member for 2 years with at least 1 credit
• Desirable: Own a two-wheeler and Android mobile; prior entrepreneurship experience preferred
• Basic computer operation skills preferred; knowledge of mathematics and business understanding required

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 40 years as on 01 January 2026
• After engagement, the person can continue in the post till attaining the age of 60 years, subject to yearly renewal and performance appraisal

Salary / Honorarium

• Sangha Coordinator: Fixed Rs. 7,000/month + Variable up to Rs. 1,000/month (Maximum Rs. 8,000/month) + TA (actual, outside GP) + Rs. 250/month communication charges
• CLF Accountant & MIS: Fixed Rs. 6,000/month + Variable up to Rs. 1,000/month (Maximum Rs. 7,000/month) + Rs. 250/month communication charges
• CSP-Bank Linkage: Fixed Rs. 4,000/month + Variable up to Rs. 1,500/month (Maximum Rs. 5,500/month) + TA (actual, outside GP) + Rs. 250/month communication charges
• CSP-Livelihood: Fixed Rs. 4,000/month + Variable up to Rs. 1,500/month (Maximum Rs. 5,500/month) + TA (actual, outside GP) + Rs. 250/month communication charges
• Additional Rs. 300/day for attending training/meetings/workshops outside GP
• Other Benefits: Registered under government pension scheme (25% premium or Rs. 1,000/year covered by Sangha Cooperative), covered under Swasthya Sathi scheme, maternity leave with salary for 6 months, festival allowance up to Rs. 1,000/year

Selection Process

Selection is done in multiple stages:

1. Written Examination: MCQ-based written test
   • Sangha Coordinator & Accountant/MIS — 90 marks total (GK: 10, English: 10, Mathematics: 15, Reasoning: 10, Bengali: 10, Current Affairs: 5, Thematic Knowledge of NRLM: 30)
   • CSP-Bank Linkage & CSP-Livelihood — 80 marks total (GK: 10, English: 10, Mathematics: 15, Reasoning: 5, Bengali: 5, Current Affairs: 5, Thematic Knowledge of NRLM: 30)
2. Writing Skill Test (Shortlisted candidates only): Sangha Coordinator — 30 marks; Accountant/MIS — 20 marks; Not applicable for CSP-BL and CSP-LH
3. Computer Test (Shortlisted candidates only): Sangha Coordinator — 20 marks; Accountant/MIS — 30 marks; CSP-BL & CSP-LH — 10 marks
4. Interview (Shortlisted candidates only): 10 marks for all posts

The merit list for Sangha Coordinator and Accountant & MIS will be prepared Block-wise. The merit list for CSP-BL and CSP-LH will be prepared Sangha-wise.

Note: You can apply for either Sangha Coordinator or Accountant & MIS (not both). You can also apply for either CSP-Bank Linkage or CSP-Livelihood (not both). But you may apply for one from the SC/Accountant group AND one from the CSP-BL/CSP-LH group, if you meet the eligibility for both.

• Monitor financial transactions and keep books and registers of the Sangha Cooperative up to date
• Support the Board of Directors (BOD) in preparing Annual Action Plans, budgets, and development plans
• Manage day-to-day official work and report the progress of activities to the BOD
• Facilitate bank credit linkage and assist SHG members in accessing financial services
• Promote livelihood activities such as skill development, entrepreneurship, and market linkages for SHG members
• Enter data on time in the MIS portal and manage SHG/VO/CLF profiles in the LoKOS system
• Assist in conducting audits and ensure compliance with SRLM norms and government guidelines
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Sangha Cooperative, BMMU, and DMMU
