DMHO Suryapet 2nd ANM and Pharmacist Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO), Suryapet is filling 2nd ANM and Pharmacist posts under the National Health Mission (NHM). Selected candidates will work at the identified Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and Sub-Centres spread across Suryapet district in Telangana.

The recruitment is run by the District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector, and selection is purely on merit — there is no written exam or interview. If you hold a health-worker or pharmacy qualification with Telangana registration, this drive places you in a primary health team within Suryapet district.

Posts and Disciplines

• 2nd ANM: the additional Auxiliary Nurse Midwife post at the identified Sub-Centres and Ayushman Arogya Mandirs. You need the Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) training and registration with the Telangana State Nurses and Midwives Council or Paramedical Board.
• Pharmacist: pharmacy post at the same network of district health centres. You need a D.Pharm or B.Pharm with State council registration.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract only: The engagement is purely contractual and gives no right to a regular government appointment. NHM and government terms apply and can change.
• Zonal posts: Under the Presidential Order, 2018, both posts are zonal, so local-candidature rules and the reservation roster apply. Keep your study or local certificates ready.
• Posting: Postings are given on merit-cum-option to the identified health centres. You cannot claim a particular place of posting as a right.
• Merit list: A provisional merit list will be displayed first and objections invited; the final selection list comes after those are settled.
• Changes: The committee may change the number of vacancies, or modify, postpone or cancel the recruitment as per government orders.
