Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) from a recognized board or institution.

• Citizenship: Only Indian citizens can apply.

Salary

• You will get a monthly honorarium of Rs. 14,000 if the posting city falls under Category A (population above 10 lakh).
• You will get Rs. 13,000 per month for a Category B city (population 2 to 10 lakh).
• You will get Rs. 12,000 per month for a Category C city (population below 2 lakh) — this category applies to most district locations, including Katni.
• No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for attending the interview.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications: Your application and attached documents will be checked for eligibility.
2. Interview: Conducted for 10 marks by the selection committee.
3. Practical Driving Test: Conducted for 10 marks to check your driving skills.

Your final selection depends on the combined marks from the interview and driving test. If two candidates score equally, the older candidate gets preference. A waiting list will also be prepared in a 1:3 ratio (three candidates on the waitlist for every one post), valid for 12 months and extendable by 6 months with approval from the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
