Who Can Apply?
Radiographer
- Qualification: You need a two-year Diploma in Radio Diagnosis Technology from the Board of Paramedical Education under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Government of Tamil Nadu, or a relevant B.Sc Radiography / Radio Diagnosis / Radiology and Imaging Technology degree recognised by Government of Tamil Nadu.
Physiotherapist and Therapy Posts
- Physiotherapist: You need BPT from a recognised university.
- Occupational Therapist: You need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Audiologist cum Speech Therapist: You need a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a recognised university in India.
- Therapeutic Assistant / Nursing Therapist: You need Diploma in Nursing Therapy; the Nursing Therapist / Therapeutic Assistant post mentions D.N.T AYUSH.
ICTC Lab Technician
- Qualification: You need B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) / BMLS or DMLT / DMLS of at least two years from a State or Central Government recognised course.
- Experience: You need 2 years diagnostic laboratory experience with B.Sc/Diploma, or 1 year diagnostic laboratory experience if you have M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Preferred: Experience in accredited laboratories or laboratories that have applied for accreditation is preferred.
Age Limit
- 40 years as on 31 May 2026 for Radiographer, Physiotherapist, ICTC Lab Technician, Occupational Therapist and Audiologist cum Speech Therapist.
- 59 years as on 31 December 2025 for Therapeutic Assistant, Therapeutic Assistant (Female), and Nursing Therapist / Therapeutic Assistant posts.
Salary
- Audiologist cum Speech Therapist: Rs. 32,000 per month
- Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist: Rs. 23,000 per month
- Radiographer / ICTC Lab Technician: Rs. 17,000 per month
- Therapeutic Assistant - Musculoskeletal Scheme: Rs. 15,000 per month
- Therapeutic Assistant / Nursing Therapist: Rs. 13,000 per month
Selection Process
The notice shows different selection methods for different posts. For posts 1 to 5, selection is through Interview plus Score Card. For posts 6 to 8, selection is through Weightage of Marks.

Responsibilities
- Handle assigned clinical, diagnostic or therapy work under DHS Namakkal programmes
- Keep patient, test, therapy and service records updated as per programme rules
- Assist doctors, programme officers and health teams during daily service delivery
- Follow National Health Mission and Tamil Nadu health department guidelines
- Manage equipment, forms, registers and reports related to the assigned post
- Work with patients, families and field teams in a respectful and safe manner
- Report progress, service gaps and urgent issues to the supervising officer
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Relevant diploma or degree for the post, such as Diploma in Radio Diagnosis Technology, BPT, BMLT/DMLT, Occupational Therapy degree, Speech and Language Pathology degree, or Diploma in Nursing Therapy.
Preferred Qualification
M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology / MMLS and accredited laboratory experience are preferred for ICTC Lab Technician.
Required Skills
Post-specific clinical, diagnostic, therapy or laboratory skills; record keeping; patient communication.
Age Limit
18 - 59 years
Age Relaxation:
- Maximum age is 40 years as on 31.05.2026 for Radiographer, Physiotherapist, ICTC Lab Technician, Occupational Therapist and Audiologist cum Speech Therapist.
- Maximum age is 59 years as on 31.12.2025 for Therapeutic Assistant and Nursing Therapist posts.
