• The post is on contractual basis (24x7 duty) under the One Stop Centre scheme.

• Handle case management for women affected by violence at the One Stop Centre
• Provide counselling and emotional support to survivors and their families
• Coordinate with police, hospital, legal aid and shelter services on each case
• Maintain confidential case records and progress reports for each survivor
• Follow up on every case until closure and prepare follow-up reports
• Work in 24x7 shifts including nights as per the OSC duty roster
• Assist in awareness programmes about the One Stop Centre in the district
