Responsibilities

  • Conduct field studies and collect environmental samples including water, soil, flora, fauna, and bottom sediments
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical instruments such as GCMS, Ion Chromatograph, ICPMS, and UPLC
  • Perform laboratory analysis of water and soil samples across different environmental matrices
  • Monitor flora, fauna, fisheries, and bottom sediments at designated reservoir sites
  • Compile research data, prepare analytical reports, and assist in project documentation
  • Travel to different states for field sample collection as required by the project

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

M.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Botany / Zoology from a recognized University

Preferred Qualification

CSIR-UGC NET / ICAR / ICMR NET Lectureship / Assistant Professorship or GATE qualification. Experience in handling instruments such as GCMS, Ion Chromatograph, ICPMS, UPLC.

Required Skills
