For Project Associate-II (Post Codes 8507-8510):

• 8507: B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering with 2 years of R&D experience, or M.E./M.Tech. in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering.
• 8508: M.Sc. in Geology/Applied Geology with 2 years of R&D experience.
• 8509: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science/Chemical Science with 2 years of R&D experience.
• 8510: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of R&D experience, or M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

For Senior Project Associate (Post Code 8511):

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/IT/Data Science/AI with 3 years of R&D experience, OR M.E./M.Tech. in the same fields with 2 years of experience, OR PhD in the same fields with 2 years of experience.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 35 years old for Project Assistant-II, Project Associate-I and Project Associate-II posts (Post Codes 8501-8510) as on the last date of application.
• You should be up to 40 years old for the Senior Project Associate post (Post Code 8511) as on the last date of application.

Salary

• Project Assistant-II (8501, 8502): Rs. 20,000 per month plus HRA @20% (about Rs. 24,000 total).
• Project Associate-I without NET/GATE (8503): Rs. 25,000 per month plus HRA @20%.
• Project Associate-I with CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET or GATE (8504-8506): Rs. 31,000 per month plus HRA @20%; without this qualification, Rs. 25,000 + HRA @20%.
• Project Associate-II and Senior Project Associate (8507-8511): pay is as per CSIR norms for the respective grade — exact figure not stated in the advertisement.
