The Centre for People's Solidarity and Welfare (CPSW-Kendubhata) has released a vacancy notification (Letter No. 02/CPSW/2026-27, dated 07 April 2026) to fill 2 project-based positions in Nuapada District. Who Can Apply?
District Project Coordinator
- Option 1: Master's degree in Life Sciences, Botany, Agriculture, Horticulture, Social Work, or related fields from a recognized university. Freshers can apply.
- Option 2: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Botany, Agriculture, Social Work, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the development sector.
Required skills: Computer and internet proficiency, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in Odia, English, and Hindi, problem-solving ability, facilitation skills, and willingness to work at the village level.
District Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) implementing government projects or within a government project-based platform.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software.
Required skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the "Revival and Sustainable Intensification of Forgotten Food & Neglected Crops" project at the district level
- Prepare project plans, progress reports, and documentation for stakeholder review
- Work closely with farming communities at the village level to promote traditional and neglected crop cultivation
- Handle financial records, budgets, and expenditure tracking for the project (Accountant)
- Manage communication with government departments, partner organizations, and field staff
- Monitor project activities and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns for farmers
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Master's preferred for DPC)
Preferred Qualification
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Botany, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Social Work
Required Skills
