Who Can Apply?

For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS):

  • Qualification: You must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) or its equivalent from a recognized Board.

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

  • Qualification: You must have passed 12th Class from a recognized Board.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

For Superintendent (Stores):

  • Qualification: You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
  • Certificate: You need a certificate course in Marketing or Management.
  • Experience: You need 5 to 6 years of experience in Store Keeping or Accountancy.

Age Limit

  • MTS: You should be between 18 and 25 years old.
  • LDC: You should be between 18 and 27 years old.
  • Superintendent (Stores): You should be between 18 and 27 years old.
  • Age will be calculated as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, PwBD+OBC: 13 years, PwBD+SC/ST: 15 years.
  • Ex-Servicemen (UR): 3 years after deducting military service from actual age.
  • Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 years (UR), 43 years (OBC), 45 years (SC/ST) with minimum 3 years continuous service.

Salary

  • MTS: Pay Level-1: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900 per month
  • LDC: Pay Level-2: Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month
  • Superintendent (Stores): Pay Level-4: Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,000 per month
  • You will also get DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other benefits as per Central Government rules.
  • New Contributory Pension Scheme (NPS/UPS) will be applicable.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

  1. Shortlisting of Applications: If too many applications are received, the department may shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications or a screening test.
  2. Written Test (Objective MCQ): 100 multiple choice questions for 100 marks. Questions will be based on 10th/12th standard CBSE syllabus. Negative marking applies at 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  3. Skill Test (for LDC only): Typing speed test at 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. This is qualifying in nature only.
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination

Merit list will be drawn based on marks obtained in the written test only. The skill test for LDC is qualifying and will not count towards the final merit.

  • Handle physical maintenance and upkeep of office records and files
  • Keep the office premises, rooms, and surrounding areas clean and organized
  • Carry files and documents between sections and buildings as required
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and dispatching official correspondence

Exam Pattern

The written exam will have 100 objective-type multiple choice questions (MCQs) for 100 marks. The syllabus will be based on 10th standard (for MTS) or 12th standard (for LDC and Superintendent) CBSE level.
