Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS), a Society/Trust sponsored by Central Bank of India, runs 46 RSETI centres and 48 FLCC centres across India. The Siliguri Regional Office is now hiring 3 positions on annual contract basis for the RSETI Centre at Darjeeling (Siliguri). Who Can Apply?

For Faculty Post:

• Qualification: You need to be a Graduate in any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts). Preference goes to candidates with MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc in Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing, or B.A with B.Ed.
• Computer Knowledge: You must have a flair for teaching and sound computer skills.
• Desirable: Retired bank officials with officer-level experience and candidates with prior Faculty or Rural Development experience will be preferred.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in the local language is essential. Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Typing: Typing skill in the local language is essential. Hindi/English typing is an added advantage.
• Residency: You should be a resident of the same state, preferably the same or a nearby district.

For Attendant Post:

• Qualification: You need to have passed Matriculation (10th Class).
• Language: You should be able to read and write the local language.
• Residency: You should be a resident of the same or a nearby district.

For Watchman/Gardener Post:

• Qualification: You need to have passed 7th standard.
• Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
• Language: You should be able to read and write the local language.
• Residency: You should be a resident of the same or a nearby district.

Age Limit

• You should be between 22 and 40 years old for all three posts.
• You must be in sound health.

Salary

• Faculty: Rs. 30,000 per month (fixed contract amount) + Rs. 2,500 fixed conveyance allowance per month (subject to minimum visits).
• Attendant: Rs. 14,000 per month (fixed contract amount) + Rs. 1,000 fixed conveyance allowance per month (subject to minimum visits).
• Watchman/Gardener: Rs. 12,000 per month (fixed contract amount) + Rs. 800 fixed conveyance allowance per month on declaration basis.
• No other allowance, benefit, payment, or facility will be provided beyond the above amounts.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in a single stage:

1. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust will be final.

• Assist the Director in conducting training and awareness programmes for rural youth
• Handle candidate selection by generating applications and screening potential trainees
• Prepare the Annual Action Plan and coordinate logistics for training programmes
• Conduct training sessions and prepare notes and study materials for participants
• Maintain office premises, classrooms, dormitory, and common areas in clean condition
• Perform watch and ward duties and ensure security of the RSETI premises
• Carry out gardening work and maintain the upkeep of the institute grounds
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the Director from time to time
