Central Bank of India (CBI), a leading Public Sector Bank with over 4,500 branches and 34,000+ employees, has released two notifications under its Jabalpur Regional Office for the year 2026-27. The recruitment is being conducted by Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS) for the Financial Literacy & Credit Counseling Centre (FLCC) and the Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), both at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). All four engagements are on annual contract basis with renewal at the bank's discretion.

• Counselor — FLCC Jabalpur: 1 post (Salary up to Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 1,000 mobile/conveyance)

Who Can Apply?

Counselor — FLCC Jabalpur

• Age: Above 45 years and less than 65 years
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and typing in local language
• Experience: Retired / VRS-opted bank officers (Scale I and above) of Nationalised Banks / SBI / RRBs preferred. OR Ex-Servicemen / Government School Teachers etc. with banking knowledge and relevant IBF certification
• Service Record: Unblemished service record with at least 10 years as an officer / permanent employee
• Domicile: Resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district

Faculty — RSETI Jabalpur

• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream (MSW, MA Rural Development, MA Sociology / Psychology, B.Sc. Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri Marketing, B.A. with B.Ed. preferred)
• Skills: Flair for teaching, sound computer knowledge, excellent local-language communication, fluency in Hindi and English preferred
• Typing: Local language typing essential; Hindi / English typing is an added advantage
• Domicile: Resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district / RSETI headquarter

Attender — RSETI Jabalpur

• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass)
• Skills: Ability to read and write local language preferred
• Domicile: Only residents of Jabalpur District are eligible

Watchman cum Gardener — RSETI Jabalpur

• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Qualification: 7th Standard passed
• Experience: Preferably experience in agriculture / gardening / horticulture
• Domicile: Only residents of Jabalpur District are eligible

Age Limit

• FLCC Counselor: Above 45 years and below 65 years
• RSETI Faculty / Attender / Watchman cum Gardener: 22 to 40 years

Salary

• FLCC Counselor: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month (or last pay drawn minus initial pension for pensioner candidates, whichever is lower) plus Rs. 1,000 per month mobile and conveyance allowance
• RSETI Faculty: Consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 per month
• RSETI Attender: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14,000 per month
• RSETI Watchman cum Gardener: Consolidated salary of Rs. 12,000 per month
• No other allowances, benefits, or reimbursements are admissible

Selection Process

1. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving skills, and developmental approach.
2. Document Verification: Original documents (service certificate, qualification certificates, ID proof) must be produced at the time of interview.

The decision of the Society / Trust / Bank shall be final. There is no written exam.

• RSETI Attender — assist the Director and staff, maintain office premises and training classrooms, and handle bank-related errands
• Watchman cum Gardener — provide security and gardening services at the RSETI premises as directed by the In-charge
