Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a Central Government public sector cement producer, is engaging a CCR Kiln Operator for its Tandur Cement Factory in Telangana. This is a fixed-term plant-operations role for someone who already understands kiln control and can take responsibility during a production shift. Hands-on cement-plant experience is preferred, making the opening most relevant to operators who can settle quickly into a working production unit.

The operator works from the central control room while staying closely connected with field teams. Your focus is not only to keep the kiln running, but also to read operating trends, respond to changes and coordinate technical support before a small issue affects output. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The initial engagement is for one year. CCI may extend it for further periods, up to the notification's overall four-year ceiling, when performance is satisfactory and the corporation still needs the role.
• Annual revision: An extension carries a 5% annual increase in the contractual fee, subject to the stated performance and requirement conditions.
• Shift duty: Kiln operation is a continuous activity, so you must be ready to work shifts and respond when the unit has an emergency operating requirement.
• Accommodation: CCI may provide a township quarter, when needed, at the regular nominal rent and electricity charges during the contract.
• Leave: The engagement provides one paid leave day for each month of service.
• Posting: The immediate work station is Tandur Cement Factory, though the corporation may place the selected operator elsewhere in India when operationally required.
• Benefits: The position is paid on a consolidated basis and does not carry ESI or EPF benefits under the advertisement.
• Interview expenses: CCI will not reimburse travel or daily expenses for attending the walk-in, and it will not arrange accommodation for interview participants.
• Clearance: A person joining from a government body or PSU needs a clear service record and the required vigilance clearance before engagement.
