Who Can Apply?

For Project Research Scientist-II (Bioanalytical Chemist) — Rs. 67,000/month + HRA:

• Qualification: Master's in Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacology / Chemistry or related discipline
• Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience working with LC-MS/MS triple quadrupole (TQ) systems, preferably in CRO or translational research labs
• Desirable: Demonstrated experience in method development, validation and analysis

For Senior Project Associate — Rs. 42,000/month + HRA:

• Qualification: Master's degree in any branch of Life Sciences with 4 years of research experience, OR
• Alternative: PhD in Life Sciences from a recognized university
• Skills: Development of new immunoassays, molecular cloning, recombinant protein production, protein purification, cell culture

For Project Associate-I — Rs. 25,000 / Rs. 31,000/month + HRA:

• Qualification: Master's degree in any branch of Life Sciences, OR B.E./B.Tech in Life Sciences
• Skills: Basic knowledge of immunology, cell culture, animal handling, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
• Higher pay (Rs. 31,000): Candidates selected through CSIR-UGC NET / GATE / National-level examinations
• Standard pay (Rs. 25,000): Others who do not qualify the above

Age Limit

• Project Research Scientist-II: Maximum 40 years
• Senior Project Associate: Maximum 40 years
• Project Associate-I: Maximum 35 years
• Age Reference: The date of interview for each post is the crucial date
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD (UR): 10 years; PwBD (OBC): 13 years; PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
  • Central Government servants: up to 5 years
  • Ex-servicemen: Period of defence service + 3 years (minimum 6 months attested service)

Salary

• Project Research Scientist-II: Rs. 67,000 per month + HRA
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000 per month + HRA
• Project Associate-I (NET/GATE qualified): Rs. 31,000 per month + HRA
• Project Associate-I (others): Rs. 25,000 per month + HRA
• These are short-term positions and extensions depend on satisfactory performance and project tenure

Selection Process

Selection is purely through walk-in interview:

1. Walk-in Written Test / Skill Test / Interview at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad on the date mentioned for each post
2. Screening: If many candidates appear, shortlisting will be done based on higher/relevant qualification and experience
3. Document Verification: Originals must be produced at the time of interview

• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain LC-MS/MS triple quadrupole systems for analytical research
• Develop, optimize and validate LC-MS/MS and HPLC methods for small molecule drug quantification
• Perform bioanalysis of clinical and preclinical PK study samples in plasma, serum and tissues
• Prepare method development, validation and analytical study protocols based on literature review
• Develop new immunoassays and carry out molecular cloning, recombinant protein production and purification
• Handle cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry staining and immunological techniques
• Maintain laboratory records, reference standards, reagent inventory, logbooks and lab notebooks
• Support instrument qualification, calibration and preventive maintenance of lab equipment
