BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is an autonomous institute under the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. This recruitment fills a project position at the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) centre for the project "Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Ayurveda regimen as an adjunct to anti-tuberculosis treatment (ATT)". No written exam - the selection is based on a walk-in interview at the THSTI campus in Faridabad.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification (Option 1): Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG degrees) in any branch of Life Sciences with 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical trial monitoring.
• Qualification (Option 2): PhD with experience in clinical trial monitoring.
• Skills: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial lifecycle, experience with eTMF/CTMS/document management platforms, MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years (as on the closing date of advertisement)

Salary

• Monthly emolument: Rs. 67,000 + HRA
• This is a short-term contract position. Extension is subject to satisfactory performance and tenure of the project.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

• Coordinate and track distribution and reconciliation of clinical trial supplies, lab kits, and investigational products to study sites
• Maintain regulatory and trial documentation including the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
• Support CRAs and site staff in collecting, reviewing, and tracking essential regulatory documents for ethics committee and regulatory submissions

• Liaise with regulatory, legal, and contracts departments for site contracts and confidentiality agreements
