Who Can Apply?

For Project Research Scientist-II (Rs. 67,000)

• Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in Life Sciences from a recognised university
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in bacterial/virus pathogen culture, PCR primer design, or in-silico genome analysis

For Project Research Scientist-I (Rs. 56,000)

• Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in Life Sciences from a recognised university
• Desirable: experience in cell culture, protein purification, animal handling, recombinant DNA technology, or first-author research paper with impact factor 5 or above

For Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) — Rs. 67,000

• MBBS / BDS / BVSc or equivalent degree from a recognised university
• At least 3 years of experience working with Randomized Controlled Trials in cardiovascular health

For Assistant Data Manager (Rs. 50,000)

• PG in Computer Application / Computer Science / Data Science + 2 years clinical data management experience, OR
• Graduate in Computer Science/Application + 4 years experience, OR
• Graduate in any discipline + 6-month computer diploma + 5 years experience

For Project Technical Support-II (Rs. 20,000)

• 12th in Science with DMLT (or equivalent) + 5 years research lab experience, OR
• Three-year graduate degree in relevant field + 2 years research lab experience

For Project Technical Support-I (Rs. 18,000)

• Standard 10th with DMLT (or equivalent) + 2 years research lab experience, OR
• Three-year graduate degree in relevant field + 1 year research lab experience

Selection Process

Selection happens through:

1. Walk-in Written Test / Skill Test / Interview: Reporting time is 9:00 AM at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurugram Expressway, Faridabad — 121001
2. Document Verification: You must carry the latest CV, originals plus one set of photocopies of all educational and experience certificates, and a valid photo ID
3. If many candidates appear, BRIC-THSTI will shortlist by higher qualification and relevant experience before the interview

• Conduct project-specific research in life sciences including bacterial/virus pathogen culture, PCR assay development, protein expression, and cell biology
• Handle clinical trial activities such as participant screening, randomisation, follow-up assessments, and adverse event reporting
• Manage clinical data systems including database administration, edit-check development, query resolution, and data quality reporting
• Maintain laboratory operations: autoclaving, buffer preparation, stores and inventory management, glassware cleaning, and BSL-3 culturing where applicable
• Handle laboratory animals, cage changing, and conduct animal-based experiments under approved protocols
• Prepare research publications, project documentation, SOPs, and Data Management Plans as required
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Follow GCP, ICMR National Ethical Guidelines, and institutional biosafety norms
