The Office of the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer (CDM & PHO), Boudh has released Advertisement No. 1385 to fill 14 different types of posts (20 vacancies in total) on a contractual basis under NHM. This is an in-house transfer-type recruitment — only existing NHM employees working in the same post in another district of Odisha can apply, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned CDM & PHO is mandatory. The vacancy numbers are provisional and may increase or decrease at the time of engagement. ORV Act (reservation for women and PWD) will be followed where applicable.

Who Can Apply?

• In-house only: You must already be a contractual NHM employee working in the same post under the OSH & FW Society in another district of Odisha. Out-house (outside) candidates will not be accepted.
• NOC required: You must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the CDM & PHO of your current district. Without it, your application will be rejected.
• Experience proof: You must attach an experience certificate, appointment letter and contract renewal order for your current post.
• Qualification: Post-specific qualifications apply (for example, MBBS for Medical Officer posts, BAMS/BHMS for Ayush MO posts, ANM training for the ANM post). Full post-wise eligibility is given on the district portal boudh.nic.in.

Age Limit

• Age will be counted as on 01 May 2026.
• The exact age limit for each post is given in the detailed post-wise notification on boudh.nic.in. Since this is an in-house recruitment, age is read along with your existing NHM service.

Selection Process

Selection will be done as per Office Order No. 3418 dated 12 March 2018 of the Mission Director, NHM, Odisha:

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Your application, experience and documents are checked against the post requirements.
2. Merit / Document Verification: Shortlisting is based on the NHM selection norms for the post.
3. Certificate Verification: You must produce all original certificates and documents at the time of verification.

How to Apply

1. Visit the district portal boudh.nic.in and download the detailed post-wise notification and application form.
2. Fill in the prescribed application form completely.
3. Attach two self-attested passport-size photos, self-attested copies of age, qualification, registration, caste and ID proof, and the NOC and contract renewal proof.
4. Super-scribe the envelope with the name of the post applied for.
5. Send the application by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier only to the CDM & PHO, Boudh so that it reaches on or before 4 July 2026 by 5:00 PM.

• Support district health camps, screening drives and review meetings as assigned
